Objectives:
* Get to the Hood's secret outpost inside the Cochrane Dam.
* Find a high-ranking Hoods member named Johnny inside the dam, but don't get spotted.
* Spy on Johnny in the meeting room in the dam.
* Escape the Hoods outpost without getting spotted.

(the weight falls on Toni)

8-Ball: Sorry about that.

Toni: JUST FUCKING HELP ME!

(8-Ball takes the weight off Toni)

Toni: Aaarrgh! No matter. While you're taking care of Claude, I'm getting to think that the Hoods are hiding something. They must be planning something. They have a secret outpost in Cochrane Dam. Try to get inside, and spy on their high-ranking leader named Johnny. I'll plan something for later.

Hoods: Intruder! (alarm goes off)

(in the meeting room)

Johnny: Hello fellow Hoods. I'm here to say we've got big problems right now. While we were spying on the Forellis, without warn they've launched a huge squad in Liberty City. The Forellis are as strong as ever! Meanwhile the Leones are having conflict with the Diablos, and the Triads. Also the Yakuza are having a hugh conflict with the Cartel. We need to get peace in this city. I'm gonna sent hitman to kill the Yakuza leader, because they're stealing our businesses.

Hoods: Why the Yakuza?

Johnny: Japs don't belong in Liberty! We've have peace with a great gang the Cartel. We don't know who the Yakuza leader is yet, but we've gotta do all our might to kick his ass!

(8-Ball gets a shocking look on his face)

(outside, 8-Ball calls Toni)

8-Ball: Toni? Hey, it's 8-Ball, mah man! Listen the Hoods are planning to eliminate the Yakuza leader. Us Leones are in peace with them now, we can't let this happen! I'll meet you at your place, and we'll work things out with this!

(8-Ball hangs up)
