Maria: Wait! There's a street racing tornament going around town today, they only accept motor cars, like Cheetahs, Comets, Stingers. Find a sports car, and try to win Liberty City Street Racing currently in Shoreside Vale. The starting line is over between the Elevator Bridge, and Francis International. Claude is waiting for you over there, you are racing against him, and two other oppoants.
8-Ball: Wait, Claude is there? Then who's in there..... You know what, forget it!

Mayor O'Donovan: Hello, street racing fans! I'm Mayor O'Donovan, coming to you live from Francis International! Our compution is Chu-Chi Lolk of the Yakuzas! Next we have Carl Anderson of Southside Hoods! Then we have Claude, who's repusenting no gang! Then we have our compution winner, 8-Ball of the Leones! Now, racers, start your engines!
