Objectives:
* Head to a Colombian Cartel owned district, and find a Cartel member.
* Knock out the Cartel member, and take him with you, but don't kill him!
* Take the car back to Casino before he wakes up in 1 minute, and 30 seconds!

8-Ball: Hello, Miss Kasen!

Yuka: Ah, 8-Ball! Good to have you here! Now, we think the Colombians have a big-ass weapon with them. Possibly that's why we're in few now, the Colombians have destroyed many of our groups! Now, I want you to go to a Cartel owned district, try to knock out a Cartel member, and bring him, or her, back here.

8-Ball: Wait, are there female Cartel members?

Yuka: I have no idea, just go.
